About Measured Success
Customer Success consulting from someone who has run the function, not just advised on it.
Measured Success helps B2B SaaS companies build the parts of Customer Success that hold up under pressure: a customer journey that leads somewhere, a health score that predicts churn, playbooks CSMs will actually use, and a team that can run them.
It was founded by Michael McAvoy, a Customer Success leader who has built, led and grown CS teams in enterprise SaaS and MarTech. The approach is simple: clear strategy, measurable outcomes and people-first leadership.
If you want a partner who can connect customer relationships to revenue while building a team culture of ownership and trust, you’re in the right place.
Our Mission
Measured Success was founded on a simple belief: success isn’t an accident. It’s engineered.
The work is helping companies turn their goals into practical plans, with the precision, partnership and accountability it takes to get real outcomes.
Every engagement is a partnership. Every plan is tailored. Every result is measurable.
Core Values
Precision First
Every plan and recommendation is grounded in clear, strategic thinking.
Partnership Over Transactions
Working with your team, not just for it. Real collaboration gets better outcomes.
Measurable Outcomes
If it can’t be measured, it can’t be managed. Progress is tracked at every stage.
Sustainable Growth
Real success lasts. The frameworks are built to keep working after the engagement ends.
Founder Spotlight
Leadership Rooted in Service and Growth
Michael McAvoy started Measured Success on a simple belief: the best business outcomes come from a relentless focus on the customer and from leading by example.
He has spent more than a decade building and scaling Customer Success organizations in enterprise SaaS and MarTech. He has led CS orgs of up to $45M ARR with 4+ managers and 25+ CSMs, owned renewal and expansion targets, raised gross revenue retention from 76% to 86%, and grown net revenue retention as high as 126%.
He has also built AI into the day-to-day CS workflow, connecting it to the team’s CS platform and CRM so CSMs spend less time on admin and can carry larger books of business.
As a servant leader, his approach is hands-on, people-centered and outcomes-driven: invest in your customers, your team and your mission, and the growth follows.
